About Marc Smith Kitchens and Furniture

We have been trading since 1993, although the name has recently changed to ’Marc Smith Kitchens & Furniture’.

We run a small team from our workshops in Kingston Bagpuize, near Abingdon in Oxfordshire.

Working closely with Interior Designers on projects of all types domestic and commercial. From domestic schemes which might include a piece of furniture for every room in the house, to commercial schemes which might be a reception area including desks and tables.

In the design of our furniture we use a wide variety of materials including solid wood, MDF for spray or hand painted finishes, (we can match colours to the clients exact requirements) veneers, laminates, stainless steel, chicken wire, granite and marble.

We hand make (where we can) most of our furniture from scratch with the help of our fully equipped machine shop to produce dovetailed drawer boxes and decorative mouldings etc.

After we receive an inquiry we would visit the client to discuss their requirements, paying close detail attention to what type of scheme, design style and storage they require. We would then come up with a proposed design, which we would again discuss with the client and amend if necessary, after which we would supply a quotation and estimated delivery schedule.

We can also supply and fit all the leading brands of electrical appliances, sinks and taps etc.

Our Kitchens range from £10-£15,000 for a small kitchen, up to £50,000+ for a large kitchen. The average cost for one of our kitchens would be approximately £20,000.

Furniture varies in price depending on type of design and materials used.
